The owner Paul Vitali has spent the last 25 years building businesses from the ground up; using innovative strategies he has been instrumental in the development of some of the most interesting concepts from diverse sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
The small, hands on team are able to adapt to the requirements of any business, to understand their ambitions, and to help them grow. The team can be scaled for short term projects to work within delivery timescales and/or full time positioning of staff can be implemented.
The wealth of experience built up over the years and an extensive contact database from around the world means that Evo can deliver expertise on an International level using experienced, talented staff to fulfil any business requirements.

Previous roles involved accurate delivery of forecasts versus results to senior stakeholders and investors across the group of companies, extensive project scoping, strategy, feasibility, ROI and delivery; producing outstanding results often from concept through to the finished product. Paul has an extensive background in managing businesses in the UK through to sale and acquisition and has developed a number of key skills for building successful teams and architecting business strategy to help companies grow on a UK, European and International level.
Driving and motivating teams and individuals to perform well in an intensive, competitive environment, with a hands-on approach, do-as-I-do attitude to work has always been his focus; he is a good communicator, has the ability to negotiate and sell opportunities on an international scale and has been working in the digital / audio visual technology industry since 1997.
For the past 11 years he has worked in the UK managing and implementing digital multi-channel installations into organisations such as the UK Department of Health and Department of Education, large international retail stores, Multi-Academy Education Trusts and Universities. He has also developed global relationships with hardware and software suppliers, travelled extensively internationally and has driven sales in excess of £100M since 2007.
In 2018 Evolution moved into the Blockchain and Track & Trace/Authentication sector working with Holatech AS based out of Madrid. The experience the company gained paved the way for the contract with VerifyMe Inc which started in March 2020.
In May 2024, Evolution contracted with brand protection start-up Laava.Inc, to help them with EMEA expansion programme to create a £100M company, and a world leader in the sector.
